Delivery Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area:

  • We deliver to the whole of Malaysia.

2. Delivery Hours:

  • We offer delivery based on published operational hours at www.4leaftea.com. Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

3. Delivery Fees:

  • A delivery fee applies to all orders within our delivery area. Delivery fees are subject to change during promotions or special events. Delivery fees are calculated according to distance.

4. Minimum Order Requirement:

  • We do not require a minimum order requirement for orders.

5. Delivery Time:

  • Our average delivery time is between 2 to 5 days, depending on your location.

6. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

7. Contactless Delivery:

  • For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Please specify your preference at checkout, and our delivery personnel will leave your order at your door.

8. Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets. 

9. Cancellation and Changes:

  • Cancellations or changes to orders must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Once your order is prepared, it cannot be canceled or modified.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If our delivery personnel cannot reach you after two attempts, your order will be returned to the store. A re-delivery fee of RM15 will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

11. Refunds and Returns:

  • We strive to ensure your order arrives fresh and accurate. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
